had older car repaired and cost 1600.00. more than car is worth. After repairs were supposed to be done and I paid bill, I had to repair a lot of thing's they said they repaired and charged me for. Service manager said he would call me back at 9 sharp. That was 5 days ago.

I love it because the place is nice, big, clean and kid friendly. The people are professional and the service is great.. love the free coffee and cookies :)

I purchased a new Rav4 back in July and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had and will not buy another vehicle from this dealership as I was not satisfied with the way they handled my complaints! 1. I'm nearing lease end & cannot get the aggressive sales people at Carlson to leave me alone. I've been saying NO to vehicle buyout or getting in to another Toyota vehicle since Thanksgiving. I've said NO via phone, via email and on voice mail to the sales person du jour that feels need to contact me to "discuss my options". I've written a negative Yelp review. HORRIBLE customers service!!! I will never ever in my life go back there to buy cars again and had told everyone I know to not go there. Was negotiating prices for a car and the Manager came up to us and said NO, No, No, and just walked away after the sales man told him what we offered. I can tell the sale man was so embarrassed by how the Manager reacted because it was not professional of him to do that in front of customers!!! You guys will never get my business again!!
Called to get a price on a 12 Corolla truck lift shell "Supervisor" Mike from parts gave me a "you're going to be looking around 500$" I asked him will you please give me a direct price, he responds, I don't usually order body parts and I just gave you a price. I then said to him, "No, you did not give me a direct price, you gave me a ball park. So, you're telling me if I order from you, my price is around 500$?" He then hangs up on me.
