The low pressure light came on this morning. I called Carlson Toyota who stated they could get me in between appointments tonight. I arrived about 5:15 pm and settled in for what could be a long wait. Less than 1 1/2 hours later, I was walking out with a patched tire and information in writing to share with my husband as all tires need to be replaced soon. Professional, respectful and efficient! Horrible customer service even when your car is under warranty and they sold it to you with an issue.
