The low pressure light came on this morning. I called Carlson Toyota who stated they could get me in between appointments tonight. I arrived about 5:15 pm and settled in for what could be a long wait. Less than 1 1/2 hours later, I was walking out with a patched tire and information in writing to share with my husband as all tires need to be replaced soon. Professional, respectful and efficient! Just spent over 10 minutes on the showroom floor without being approached by one salesperson. As a single woman, I feel like none of the at least 3 sales people standing around thought I was serious and were were waiting for a couple to walk in. in fact, one did and was greeted right away.

Horrible customer service even when your car is under warranty and they sold it to you with an issue.
The worst car dealer I have ever walked in. They poorly serve for the customers. On top of that, there’s a lot of miscommunication between the sales representatives and managers. Sales representatives provide misinformation in order to urge you buy. I would never recommend to anyone I love to go and do business with Carlson Toyota. However, Walser Toyota was very genuine and honest about their deals and had a good customer service.
