Had a great experience at Carlson Toyota this weekend. Stopped in just to browse after my Lexus SUV was totaled the day before by someone who ran a red light 😕). Feliks provided all the info I needed without being pushy. I started out leaning towards a RAV4 but ended up getting a great deal on a new Corolla instead, which is really what I need for my lifestyle. So glad I stopped in! Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

This dealership took a month to finally tell me that they wouldn’t replace my black leather seat that was fading white on my year old 2018 RAV4. Then the service members I talked to were rude, continually cut me off, and kept telling me it was other people’s fault they could fix it. They also wanted to try a product on it that was AGAINST what the user manual said to do and what I was originally wrongfully accused of doing and why they first denied fixing anything.
