This dealership took a month to finally tell me that they wouldn’t replace my black leather seat that was fading white on my year old 2018 RAV4. Then the service members I talked to were rude, continually cut me off, and kept telling me it was other people’s fault they could fix it. They also wanted to try a product on it that was AGAINST what the user manual said to do and what I was originally wrongfully accused of doing and why they first denied fixing anything.

Not loving the service or follow up. My windshield cracked at base, 2 month old RAV4. They cannot look at it today, so have an appointment on Monday. They indicated a diagnostic fee would be charged. I indicated it is under warranty and does not appear to be a driver, rock or negligence issue but integrity of windshield. They cannot say it will be covered under warranty until diagnosis is done with fee. Fee will not be charged if warranty, but will be if they deem it not covered.
Contacted Carlson Toyota car sales and was connected with Joshua. We drove away that same day with the car that was perfect for us. Best experience ever buying a car. It was more like a good friend helping us to find the right car for our needs. Thank you Joshua!!!!
