Sorry I didn't post last week when I stayed. Great place and wonderful staff as always when I stay. Was given an upgrade to suite with breakfast and wish I could have stayed longer, but had to get back to work. Breakfast was amazing. Keep up the great job and see you all again in a couple weeks.

This was our 2nd stay. Reservations were made thru work. We stayed one night, same as last time. Room was clean, staff was wonderful. Same as last time. Yes, we did have hot water this time. Yes, Last time, the boiler broke down. Stuff happens. Hope to see you all next month!!

The food was less than I'd expect at 25.00 a person. The salad was wimpy, the servers under trained and the dessert was on the table before the entree so was very dry by the time we ate. no one offered to refill drinks.

I had the pleasure of attending a day-long conference at the hotel, and the service was terrific, while the lunch was outstanding. Thank you very much.

Overall good accommodations and very friendly staff. There are some minor Procedures that affect the effectiveness of the waitstaff. Mostly they are understaffed. I did enjoy my stay.

Great convention, but the facility is definitely in need of updates and better housekeeping.
This facility seems to be worse each time we meet there. They added more WiFi connections, but it was nearly impossible to connect to it. The rooms need updated, for instance the shower has black mildew between the tub and tile. I had heat in my room, but some of my colleagues said they did not. There was no hot water the morning of January 18, 2017. I had hot water the next morning, but some people said they had hot water in their sink but not the shower.
