Some newer remodels, clean, and friendly staff. Always have a good time here for COSPLACON, bar and restaurant downstairs, love the open atrium.

Do NOT lose anything at this hotel. You have to fill out a claim on the website and while you feel it's urgent, they do not. I put in a ticket (over two weeks ago), I have called and no one has or will return my calls or my ticket. I'm HIGHLY disappointed with the lack of communication.

Meredith - Thank you for your comments. I have forwarded your comment to our General Manager and our Executive Housekeeper who is the one that manages the Chargerback.com site. Our company does require people to fill out a claim on a lost item to create a record. Our Executive Housekeeper logs all found items and then does a report for a match.
