There for one night to attend a concert held there. Rooms were comfortable and the room where the concert was held was ideal. Our waitress for our late night snack, Heather, was very congenial and efficient. Enjoyed her serving us.
Just spent one night and could not more pleased with service from the front desk to late night snack at bar area.
It is clean.looks nice but its really stupid that the pool closes at 10 pm.I never been to one that does this.
It was a great place to go and enjoy some laughs, cooking and learning so much about cooking. Great atmosphere. Comfortable evening. One thing I thought, as did others, some of the exit doors were locked and the signs were lit up. I heard people discussing it as a fire hazard. Maybe in the announcements before everything starts, have someone explain the exits that are available. I really enjoyed myself overall
Really enjoyed my stay! All the employees were awesome! The food was very good and the service was great! I will stay at this hotel every time I come to town! Thank you!

In a former career, I had the misfortune of having to travel to Jefferson City on business quite often. Most of the "events" were held at the Capitol Plaza and, thus, our group would stay at the hotel. Pitiful is one word. Disgusting is another. Like most Hammons Hotels, this place is God awful. Dated, familiar smells of other Hammons properties I've stayed across the country. Service is a joke. Humid and hot atrium. Very poor customer service.
