OK conference facility a little hard to get around, but ok
Disappointed. The rooms on the website look great but once in the room it's dated & worn. The mattress is old, soft & can feel the springs. The pillows are half the size of a standard pillow. A bag of dirty bedding & pillows were left in the room. And another couple were given the same room. Awkward!!! The light bulb in bathroom is burnt out & there is mold in shower. That's gross & not good for my allergies. Won't stay here again!!

Vikki we apologize for your disappointment. The hotel is currently in the process of making improvements to our rooms. We just finished a WIFI upgrade along with new AC units. Next we are replacing carpet and taking down wallpaper. Thank you for your feedback as it helps with improving our hotel.
The room was clean, the pool refreshing, and the staff extremely helpful. While not overly fancy and perhaps a bit overpriced, I would stay here again.
The shower wouldn't drain, the water wasn't hot, the heat wouldnt get warm, the WiFi wouldn't connect at all in the room. Wasn't impressed with the room;however it was clean which is a big plus. The staff were very polite and very friendly.
Wifi in the rooms is practically non-existent. When I called the front desk they said "top men" were working on it and that I should come down to the lobby to do any work. Not really the best suggestion for any business travelers.

Thank you for your comment. On June 16th we upgraded the Wifi to the newest Fiber/Ethernet Solution. This will triple the wireless access for our guest both in the public areas and the guest rooms.
The room was spacious, but our refrigerator had things from the last occupant. The price was very high for a small Town. Needed another hour but staff was unwilling to work with us. Will inform business associates not to use facility.
