Going through some renovation but the facilities are cleaner and the staff more helpful than one year ago!

We stayed on the 29th, Memorial Day. Our experience was wonderful!! You would have thought we were somebody important. The manager, Joe Shelton, I think and Heather, from the lounge, treated us as if we were royalty. After a long ride on the Katy, it was so greatly appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

I sincerely apologize that your stay did not live up to your standards or ours. My understanding is this was not a charge on the credit card but rather an additional authorization that is released by your bank. Depending on the bank this can be a 5 to 10 day process. Basic room and stay. A little lacking in some areas for the money. No microwave or fridge in the room. No continental breakfast. I would not stay again.

Thank you for your comments. We do have fridges and microwaves in all of our suites and a request can be to have placed into your guestroom. We are a full service hotel and have the Restaurant and Lounge on property; however we do offer a breakfast option package online that would include breakfast with your overnight stay. AWFUL hotel!!!! They charged our card for double for what we paid through Hotwire for one nights stay. We then had a receipt under our door saying they charged our card for a nights stay, keep in mind they charged our card illegally as they assured us it was ONLY for incidentals! So we have now paid for three nights & stayed one. We are now in six days & I have now spent hours on hold for still no refund!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Save yourself the money & the stress!
