Heaters were not on -they were still programmed to A/C and it took 8 hours to get someone to fix them. Bed were wore out. Windows were filthy inside and out. Bathtub had moldy grout. No exhaust system in bathroom. No heaters or fans either. Breakfast was TERRIBLE - powdered eggs and biscuits that had seen other days. Juice selection was orange only!!

We had our wedding here. Denise was amazing and stuff was great!!! tlThank you all for everything. Our room we got was clean and bed was comfy. We had friends that stay as well and they said the same thing about their room as well.

Live bed bug found in room 912. Also the room was disgusting. The curtains had what appeared to be a large mucus ball on them, like someone spit on them. My room was never cleaned and I didn’t get clean towels.
I was not pleased with my stay at all. I had to pay additional fees due to my reservation being provided by a “third party”. That third party is my employer.
Our room had a water leak from the A/C vent in the ceiling causing the room to smell like mold as soon as we opened the door. The carpet was soaked under the vent, which was in the middle of the room, and when we called about it they said they would send some one right up... never did. They had several meetings in the hotel over our stay and there was not parking available to accommodate everyone. I was told I would need to park several blocks away and ride the shuttle back to the hotel. We will not be staying here again.
Hotel needs a lot of work. I wouldn’t recommend this location for a conference due to the climate control issues. Strangely humid and warm, in general.
