Recommendedwe had a great time at our Elks convention; the room was perfect! Hot water, clean room, cold air, plenty of clean linens....fabulous stay!
Our Air was not working, The room was never cleaned, they Added a "facility fee" at the last minute. BUYER BEWARE: hidden "facility fees". their website still states "free parking" yet, we were told that part of the facility fee was to cover parking. This was undisclosed to us until a few days before even though our group contract was negotiated months ago. good breakfast.

Nice venue to host large groups.
We had bed bugs in our room. They moved us up two floors to a room that the plug-ins do not work and the shower curtain was moldy. The food was nasty and usually cold. Oh and the next day people were in the room we were moved out of because of bed bugs.
