Nightmare. Dirty old no hot water no cool air. No apologies and no late check out if there is no hot water !!!!!!! Why don’t they even care?????

I booked my room in June for November 4th-9th. Was called 4 days before arrival and was told they didn’t have a room for me. Looking at reviews and talking to friends that have stayed there I guess I’m not missing out on much, place is ran down and mismanaged

I have stayed here many times through out my child hood for Graves Food Shows and now I am staying here for the training that is required by my place of employment. Have always loved it here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious as well as comfortable.

Could not get in my room until after 4:45 on Friday. Room on the ninth floor, only two elevators! Fellow guests were the only ones keeping the smoking area clean. And most of the food was poor to say the least.

We did have a conversation with the Group Leader to let him know what the situation was with our computer server going down on Thursday night and waiting on the part to come in. Usually we could rely on the computer to let us know if a room is available to rent or not; however without that information we had to physically walk each room to make sure they were ready for the group to check in. The staff are very rude. Rooms aren’t cleaned appropriately

Also what guestroom were you checked into that was not clean. This information better helps us in the research and training of our staff. I do apologize you experienced this from our team.
Stayed the night at this hotel. The bed was broke down and you could feel the springs poking you. There was spots of blood all over the comforter. The staff was good but the blood on the comforter ruined the stay as it just felt dirty after that. Will not return.
