Found a lump a few years ago. Staff was compassionate, care was immediate, scheduling was easy. Everything was done so quickly that I barely had time to worry about the "what if".
Exceptional care and providers. The facilities are clean, new, and easily accessible. The front desk representatives are also very kind.
My doctor? Freaking awesome. Kind, proactive, requested multiple imagings for me as I am high risk for BC/family history of BC/have dense tissue. Five stars. CPMC? Could not be any less concerned with preventative care. Refused any imaging past a standard mammogram; apparently only do additional imaging when there's a lump or current issue. Apparently a referral from my in house doc means nothing and I'll have to go back to her for a referral somewhere else to get my needs met. This review is specifically for Maggie - who is an incredible human being. She is a top-notch nurse and super perceptive. On top of that, she is a kind and caring person. I recently visited the center and unexpectedly fainted. Maggie helped me through that and even offered me her own food. She went above and beyond and later took me to her office to ensure I was alright. Not all heros wear capes. The center is also well run-very efficient.
