Warranty work done on Chevy Bolt, had to go three times to fix it right and still work was done wrong headliner had gaps at windshield and leaks.
Horrible business. Took damaged vehicle there 4 years ago left runs and imperfections on repair thought 4 years they might get better went for estimate and they told me if I would not give them insurance adjusters # no estimate they said they do not give the same pricing to people as insurance company's. Thank goodness I left. Rude people.
Gave me multiple quotes on the same job. The invoice was $153 for the glass, was then told they made a clerical error and the bill was $202 and if I didn't pay it they would pull out the glass...
They told me to being the car in because they had the parts. But they didn't. It sat there for eight days because the parts weren't there. I picked the car up 3 weeks later and the body work was wavy. The paint work had runs in it. They told me to leave the car and they would fix it. But that didn't happen. Go somewhere else.
Jordan W***** was a terrific to work with while my truck was being repaired. I am certainly satisfied with the repair work on my truck. I highly recommend Caliber Collision (Burleson, ****} for any auto repair work!!!
I recently had extensive work done on my Highlander following an accident. From the beginning , giving me an estimate, working with my Insurance company, scheduling a rental car, to the day I picked up my car, I felt everyone was very professional. The kept me informed of progress, and made the whole process as fast and easy as possible. They did a beautiful job on my car, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend them.
if I could give negative stars, I would. I had my vehicle towed there 2 weeks ago, and they said that by last thursday they would have my car started to repair some minor damage I sustained when I hit a tree branch on the freeway. They have been storing my car now for a little over 2 WEEKS and still have not even done an estimate to give to my insurance company. Hats off to the Caliber Collision Team in East Rochester. The Service Advisor, Rich P******, was easy to work with and very professional. The repair work was done to perfection and when we picked up our 2008 Vibe it sparkled inside and out. *************
Liars!!! Not happy at all with this company. They were at least honest enough to tell me that the couldn't match my stock paint. So we agreed it would be best for me to pickup my car and bring it to another shop. Well evidently they reported to my insurance that my car was rusty and they wont work on rusty cars knowing that insurance wont cover rusty cars. Basically they LIED to my insurance company.
