They told me to being the car in because they had the parts. But they didn't. It sat there for eight days because the parts weren't there. I picked the car up 3 weeks later and the body work was wavy. The paint work had runs in it. They told me to leave the car and they would fix it. But that didn't happen. Go somewhere else.
Jordan W***** was a terrific to work with while my truck was being repaired. I am certainly satisfied with the repair work on my truck. I highly recommend Caliber Collision (Burleson, ****} for any auto repair work!!!
I recently had extensive work done on my Highlander following an accident. From the beginning , giving me an estimate, working with my Insurance company, scheduling a rental car, to the day I picked up my car, I felt everyone was very professional. The kept me informed of progress, and made the whole process as fast and easy as possible. They did a beautiful job on my car, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend them.
if I could give negative stars, I would. I had my vehicle towed there 2 weeks ago, and they said that by last thursday they would have my car started to repair some minor damage I sustained when I hit a tree branch on the freeway. They have been storing my car now for a little over 2 WEEKS and still have not even done an estimate to give to my insurance company. Hats off to the Caliber Collision Team in East Rochester. The Service Advisor, Rich P******, was easy to work with and very professional. The repair work was done to perfection and when we picked up our 2008 Vibe it sparkled inside and out. *************
Liars!!! Not happy at all with this company. They were at least honest enough to tell me that the couldn't match my stock paint. So we agreed it would be best for me to pickup my car and bring it to another shop. Well evidently they reported to my insurance that my car was rusty and they wont work on rusty cars knowing that insurance wont cover rusty cars. Basically they LIED to my insurance company. I had called them on a Saturday asking if they could take a look at my vehicle for a push to start issue that day. They said no problem. Dropped off the vehicle at 9am and was told they would be able to look at it by 3pm. At 3pm I was told they couldn't look at it that day and would have to hold it until Monday. On that Monday I was told they would need to replace a part that would cost over 1000 dollars with labor. I decided to not get the work done and rather invest that money into a new vehicle. Sent my Sav in for repairs to paint , interior and body damage In which was not a large job@ 8/04/21 . Job return time was allegedly 12 days at this point it is 9/22/21 the work was not complete due parts coming from Germany on back order. Not withstanding information I have called to find out that the parts are available here in the US and also other vendors.
