worst company ever if you take your car here plan on having more damage done than when you brought it here the only reason they even get a Star is because they did fix the damage but I was without my car for 4 weeks Also this was the 2nd car I brought here for an insurance claim and they damaged my other car while it was under their care
They did shoddy repair work to begin with and when the work cracked completely five months out, they did not stand behind their warranty and guarantee. They used the excuse, "new impact caused cracking". I'll never use their auto body repair services again. Buyer beware!!!!

Concise, clear and consistent updates kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle and allayed my fears. I went to the one in Chambersburg. And I can't give a review that glows as much as the service that was provided to me. First they work with me for when to actually work on the car. Then they work with me for times for part buying and paint sampling due to our conflicting work hours. Then when its time to drop off the car, I was planning on walking home as I didn't live that far away. But when the manager over heard, he insisted on giving me a ride back home. I requested a simple quote to repaint a brand new purchased trunk lid. They refused to provide a quote to do it unless they looked at it. This is flat out stupid. How can you not provide a quote on a brand new part to be painted. I will be letting my dealership who does a ton 0f business with them to realize how the treat their clients. You be the judge. Facts: they received my truck on 1/6/22 and we were finally able to pick it up 4/8/22. On that day I reviewed the damage with Taylor and it was noted a dent on the right passenger door which was completely opposite the damaged side which wasn't there before the wreck ( question of where this happened definitely...their lot or towing company?). I called Caliber for a re-do on my car since they did not match the paint correctly in the right front door and also the clear coat drip in the hood. When I took the car in they damaged the rear bumper and the right front door cover to the speaker. The WORST place ever to take my car for repairs after an accident. First, they steal my stuff and deny it. Charged a ridiculous amount to fix my door (more than my car was actually worth). Had to take it back because there was still a large dent on the bottom of my door. Took it back another time because there was still a dent after the second repair, then they told me if I wanted them to leave it "like new" they were going to charge more on top of the ridiculous amount they had already charged. Geico recommend me to this place to to have my bumper fixed from a dent and scratches. after they fixed my bumper they calibrated the radar for the forward collision lane departure warning. A couple days after receiving my car, I have service lights stating that the fcw/lane departure needs serviced.i notified everybody possible of this situation and I have text messages stating that they calibrated my vehicle and when I gave it to them nothing was wrong.
