I let this review percolate a couple of weeks to give them a chance. Caliber on **************** repaired my truck, good communication throughout the process and it looks good, BUT- the first problem was the wild difference between the quote, $2700, and the final bill $4600. Quite a difference when no additional damage was found. Service at the time of service was friendly but call back to say something is wrong my stuff is acting up lights coming on when not needed my whole radio area is completely out and o boy totally not friendly with of course denied being at fault for my issue.. Well caliber collision in hagerstown Maryland you are!! You are where my repairs was done and your place is where my whole electrical system had to get reset so??!?!?!
I have never been as disappointed and frustrated with a company as I am with the work done by Caliber Collision. My vehicle went back to the shop twice and I am still having issues. On the first visit, not only was it returned with sensor issues but the body was damaged, and had I not noticed it, they would have said nothing. The vehicle went back a second time and it must have sat in the shop as decoration because it is still having issues. I don't normally write reviews but my experience at the Mount Juliet location was so horrendous that I feel it is necessary. I have never been treated so rudely by a business establishment in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration. The receptionist, Callie, managers, Shawna and Brent, were all unbelievably rude and unkind. They all lacked the basic communication and customer service skills to be working in any kind of reputable business. Had my wife's car repaired by caliber very happy with the work done it's my second repair The staff is tremendous Julian is my advisor came to my house this morning and took me to pick up my car Diego the general manager as helpful as well I will recomend Caliber collision to all my friends
I took my vehicle to the local #**** Center in Wooster,OH and I was very happy with the team and their service. They are personable and care about you and your needs. Getting your vehicle repaired right and back to you as soon as they can is important to them. I was very impressed with everyone. Highly recommend them for your vehicle repair!
literally by far the wrong car repair service and shop I have ever used. Car be in the shop for a month and we supposed to done 5 Friday ago which turns into Monday then Tuesday because we noticed a part was missing. It's ridiculous why even take in cars if you just going to waste people time. Some people can't pay for rental forever. no effort goes into communicating and reaching out and keeping customer informed that I experienced. I wouldn't personally recommend this repair shop ever again or use it.
They have dad my vehicle going on 3rd month and being told waiting on parts due to delays this is bs.but insurance has paid so unable to take anywhere else so unprofessional I can't begin......
this place is the worse. will never bring my car for repair. i hope management sees my review and contacts me. absolutely terrible. i used to go to the place next door and this was my first time at caliber. will never take my services or money here again. it's ridiculous to pick up a car after a month and every week they're promising the job to be completed and after the month they didn't complete the entire job. just terrible.
