When I walked in the door, I was greeted promptly with a smile and friendly employee. I knew I had chosen the right place. I was not disappointed, The staff kept me informed as to status of work. Greg R***** went out of his way, making sure my vehicle was delivered after hours, so I could be to work on time the next morning. I recommend Caliber Collision, as they were recommended to me.
Do not trust this company. After having issues of my scheduled pick up date being rescheduled and pushed back, I've read many reviews of others having the same issue. My car has been at the shop since October 26th, with an estimate of it taking 1-2 weeks. I have now been car-less for a month (4 weeks). They have not given me a real estimate and have told me they have cars there since JULY, that they're still waiting on parts for. They will not let me pick up my car in the mean time. Terrible
Janelle and Greg at the Clermont East, Florida, location were polite, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Caliber is lucky to have those two working for them.
I took my car in on September 29, 2021 and I have still yet to receive my car. They have given me excuse after excuse after excuse. Stating that they had told me we had parts in back order which they did not tell me this until after I dropped off my car and they started working on it. Taking it apart. I was treated as a valuable customer by the people at Caliber in Cumming GA. The team who handled my needs did a great job. Starting with Irene at the front desk, to Frank who did my quotes and followed up on my cars, to Chase who went out of his way to provide me with outstanding service. I give them a 5 Star rating and I will definitely use them again should the need arise. ***********
Caliber Collision Tried delivering my vehicle to me with a miss aligned trunk lid that wont close unless you slam it, the interior panels wont line up with the rubber molding/seal. the bumper does not line up with the quarter panel, the quarter panel was not painted, it was buffed and poorly, you can still see all the scratches. they left the trim below the doors hanging, the passenger rear door is crooked. they never even repaired the passenger side mirror, or passenger front fender. the front bumper was to be repaired unde... read more

My brand new 2020 Silverado trail boss was stolen from this business. It was dropped off at 4:30PM on 9/27/21. By the next morning opening time my vehicle was no longer in the shop. The night manager conveniently "forgot" to arm the security system and only my single truck was stolen. Once my truck was found in Houston it was never the same. $1000's of dollars of items in the truck were stolen that I never got back So much for having a new truck.
They use after market parts even if you request them to only use original parts. I will never take my car here again.
