I was SO thrilled at the way Caliber Collision in Xenia, Ohio was able to take a job that another well known collision center had botched on hail damage and turn it around and made my car look even better then it did before. Ridiculous! My SUV was pelted by glass and had to have the entire car painted and have the grill and lights and new windshield. Should have taken two weeks max. That was FIVE weeks ago. Everytime they say 'my cars ready for pick up, I go in and find a new problem. God knows what they actually did. NOTHING but their inflated estimate is written down, Dont go to this Caliber collision I brought my Mazda in for a repair, they didnt mark anything down with the proper markers their employee was on drugs the day i met him he was sweating balls, with various wound marks on his arms, they estimated everything wrong, They indicated that they needed all the parts necessary and time, I kept getting personal texts from Terry the appraisal agent, telling me why they had fired him but Caliber coll... read more
Owners beware! Do not take your car to this location. The completion date was moved several times along with the work not being properly completed. I spoke with the manager specifically about my issue after my car was rear ended. I felt as if I was being lied to and pushed aside because I am a woman. My car needed to return for additional repairs specifically ones that were addressed prior to me dropping the car off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS. They worked on my car and returned it on July 7, 2021; immediately there were visible issues with the car, which they tried to wipe off and act like nothing. They finally acknowledged the issue and told me to take the car and call for a second appointment. After 45 days, and 16 calls to them (unanswered with a full mailbox) I had to take my car to another auto body. THEY DO ****** WORK, and DO NOT honor any warranties at all. 2 years after repair, clear coat bubbled off. They said sorry, we had a bad supply of product but we will re-do it. Took 2 additional weeks to re-do because they damaged the door gasket (somehow), messed up the door handle, AND added new scratches to another door. We asked them to fix that too and they tried (another 3 days) and fixed most of it and blamed us for the rest and refused to do any more stating - it's an older car (7 years) so you are just going to have some scratches. Truck went in for repairs and I had it back from the shop quick .. the quality of work is better then I thought it would be and the communication was great to highly recommend
Amazing service from start to finish. Took care of everything, including organizing the rental car. Would definitely recommend and take our cars there again.
