I dropped my car off last Friday to get my door replaced. Josh told me it would be prepped Monday and be ready for pick up Tuesday or Wednesday. I told him that would be perfect because I needed it back by Wednesday. I touch base with him Monday and he said everything was ready to be painted and should be done Tuesday. Great I said. Tuesday I follow up and he informs me a paint booth went down and it would be done Wednesday(no problem). He promised me this knowing they were down a paint booth. On Wednesday I follow up first ... read more

I regret ever taking my car to Caliber Collision, they have poor staff with zero knowledge of customer service and how to complete task. Communication I rate Zero out of 10, they had one simple job to complete and failed me! They left me go almost 2 months now with a broken mirror they keep making excuses to fix, these have been all their reasons why; "we can't find a vendor", "it came in wrong color","oh sorry you have a faulty mirror", "it came in missing parts", "it came in as wrong item", seriously who is the person orde... read more

They don't deserve even one star! They gave me a hail damage estimate which stated they were going to paint the hood, roof and trunk lid as well as fixing the hail dents. When I went to pick my car up they had not painted any part of the car. They told my insurance company that the clear coat damage was from a prior event. I just picked up my car and it was dirtier then when I dropped it off, The back seats were up like someone had been riding in the back and my gas level, which was full when I dropped it off, was now a quar... read more

Caught an employee burning out in my car and driving 30mph over speedlimit taking it to get the window they broke and didn't mention to me. I had to press them why my window did not match the others. Finally the agreed to fix it. 39 minutes after I dropped my car off I was on my porch and heard an engine rev and tires squeal, I looked and it was my car burning out infront of my house. I went to shop immediately and asked who was driving my car. The manager said an employee was taking it to get the window tinted. I have track... read more

Body shop damaged the safety sensor on my vehicle and scratched the emblem while in the shop for a small bumper dent. They charged my insurance company even though they damaged the car

It took Caliber collision 7 months to repair my son's 2020 Ford Ranger. They said they couldn't find the parts but we could order them via the internet. However, they said they had to order them their selves. Finally 7 months later we just ordered the parts and called American Family insurance. They then called Caliber and Caliber miraculously found parts but we had to send them the list.

We are from out of town and had a problem with our front bumper, having been damaged from a concrete bump pad in the hotel parking garage where we were staying. Someone at the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn in Irvine) referred us to Caliber Collision on 17th St. in Costa Mesa CA. We called and explained our situation to Paula who told us to come right over since we were to leave town the next day. We met Teso (?spelling) in the parking lot. He said they were short handed that day but because of our situation, took a look at the bu... read more
