After my truck was hit from behind my insurance company claims department recommended Caliber Collision as a preferred repair shop. During the next six weeks I was given promise after promise about the completion date. Caliber tried to give me my truck back with seat belt and airbag lights still on. A Caliber employee claimed he didn't see that the lights were on and that they thought it wasn't caused by the collision. I could not recommend Caliber Collision to my worst enemy. They are rude and unprofessional. On July 6, 2021 my insurance company USAA sent me to them to get a locked estimate on the damage done to my car on July 2, 2021. It is now July 22, 2021 and they still have not finished the locked estimate of the damage. They refuse to submit the paperwork for my claim to the insurance company. It should only take 20 minutes not 20 plus days to submit an estimate. They were rude making inappropriate statements toward me.

I was hit from behind. They replaced the entire back door of my nissan rogueI wasshownabill of over 5000 dollars . After I was home I found the wiper was installed so it wiped the back of my car not the back window and the auto start installed 1 year ago by best buy. I was told I would be paid for the wiper being fixed but the auto start could not have been damaged in the accident and I will not be paid for that.In a car with 5000 dollars of damage there may be many things damaged that are not seen by a body shop. Had my car stolen out of your lot and you did nothing about it. we had to file a second claim on our insurance to fix the damage from when they drove it through your week fence.

Excellent service all around. I was informed about everything along the process and had any questions answered immediately. When I picked up my car they had washed and detailed my car as well. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I was in a collision and my car needed repairs. Ironically all shops are booked and behind due to Covid and less workers and the need for parts. I called around for 2 weeks and the same results. Everyone was booked. However today, Anita Krebs from Caliber Collision at the crossroads location in Cary ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was understanding and care about my situation and was able to accommodate my needs. She fixed a 2-3 week problem in a matter of minutes. I took my truck to Caliber Collision in Fayetteville NC based on the Google reviews. They did an outstanding job fixing my truck that had damage on the entire right side due to me fighting with a guardrail which won. It came back looking better than it was prior to the accident. They went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was courteous and professional.

I am so extremely blessed and can't thank you all enough for fixing my minor little car accident I got into a couple of weeks ago.I'm so pleased and in shock to see my car in one piece and all put back together again, just like when I first bought it and before the accident.Turned my car in to them pretty dirty and filthy too, so they ended up cleaning the whole outside and inside of my car too and detailed it and gave it that fresh clean smell too to make it all look like it was brand new.
