I had called them on a Saturday asking if they could take a look at my vehicle for a push to start issue that day. They said no problem. Dropped off the vehicle at 9am and was told they would be able to look at it by 3pm. At 3pm I was told they couldn't look at it that day and would have to hold it until Monday. Sent my Sav in for repairs to paint , interior and body damage In which was not a large job@ 8/04/21 . Job return time was allegedly 12 days at this point it is 9/22/21 the work was not complete due parts coming from Germany on back order. Not withstanding information I have called to find out that the parts are available here in the US and also other vendors. I worked at Caliber Collision for three days and I realized the 10 hour days would not work for me, as I'm a single mother with young children. I needed my supervisor to fill out a very simple one page form in order for me to get food stamps for me and my kids. I dropped the form off at the Tooele location, three days later, after calling repeatedly, I went to collect the form. It was filled out partially and haphazardly with a bogus signature. It's never easy to have to take a car in to have body damage repaired, but Caliber Collision, and specifically Mike, made it as painless as it could be. Mike spent as much time as needed to explain the process and exactly what needed to be done. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone . ****** ****
I wanted to give a shout out for Julie in the Temple location. She went out of her way to help me with a rental issue on more then one occasion. This was something that she could have easily said this isnt my problem but instead she took the initiative to help me and it was appreciated. **** *****
I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had getting A car repaired. Caliber was so friendly and professional. They handled everything from calling me to set up my appointment to calling rental car place to come get me. Their work is excellent and had a very quick turn around. I was very impressed. I will use them again if needed in the future.
WHAT A JOKE... The Caliber Collision on Chinden Blvd in Boise is NOT a reputable business. I was sent there by Travelers Insurance after their insured hit me. Not only is their work completely falling apart, they are now trying to blame me for the fact that they didn't properly repair the damage. I took it to another body shop as I was told to do, and the second body shop has pictures of all lack of repair where they didn't even clip the bumper together, used after-market parts and charged the insurance company the same amou... read more
I recently took my vehicle in to Calliber Collision **** *********** Road South Mobile Al ***** for an estimate for repairs from an accident that took place on August 10th. I was side swiped in the driver's side front door and the woman who hit me wanted to settle with me instead of filling insurance. When I received the estimate it was listed at $1752.20, once I showed this estimate to the lady who hit me, she decided to file on insurance (State Farm).
