If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company dropped the ball at every opportunity. The Oakland Park, FL location is unprofessional, unorganized and lack leadership from the management level. I practically had to beg them to do the work that was coordinated by ***********. I chased them for 2 weeks before someone returned my call. Scheduled an estimate with Danielle ************* January 31st 2022 and in her questioning I did answer that I was NOT using insurance. Afterwards I spent time uploading photos according to the instructions I was given. Today March 3rd, I was called 45 minutes before the appointment by a lady named Brenda (who refused to provide last name and hung up on me) and told the current policy is ONLY to work with customers using insurance. I took my car on February 4th or 5th of this month. They have had my car all this time. I have been waiting on my car since last week. The past three days that I have gone, I have been told that they are waiting on Calibration to come. This should not be my problem. I have continued to have to put gas in a car that drinks more gas than my car for an extended amount of time for a reason that is beyond my control. I went by the ***************** location in Fayetteville, NC. for an estimate. I was paying out of pocket and Patrik K***** went above and beyond the call of duty assisting me. I would recommend this location to those who are seeking a collision repair shop with a heart. They really do care and provide excellent customer service.

I was in a car accident in October and they are still messing around with fixing the finishing items. I think this should not have to be this way. No return calls from manager no one left to complain to. I hope you can help

I hit a deer on Nov 1st and took my car to them on Nov 8th. It sat for a month untouched meanwhile I had to turn my rental my insurance provided back in. After two weeks of my husband and I sharing his car I emailed caliber corporate. They called and apologized and started paying for my rental. For that I'm thankful. I picked my car up on Dec 30th. Ok I've yet be able to speak to someone over the dogwood conyers location. I dropped my car off in October for repairs and at the time of pick up my car was muggy on the inside and it was my headlight was foggy the paint and dirt and bubbles through the entire job and I smelled gas which I thought at the time was the fumes from the paint(my gas hose was loose). Of course the manager apologized and stated I could bring it back and I did 4 weeks later at the time of pick up which was suppose to be 24 hours in up being a week. ... read more
