Car was damaged by a tow truck while parked, called and they scheduled me that same week, they were informative, professional and knowledgeable. Spoke to Samantha the GM, very profesional polite and helpful. Juanita and Patty in the office were professional and helpful as well. They had everything prepared for my arrival, very quick smooth transition. I met the body tech assigned to the repairs. Jerry was very nice, and clearly knew his stuff. Highly recommend.
Chris and Mike took very good care of my truck and kept me informed thru the whole process. Couldn't ask for better service. Would recommend them to anyone that needs body work. Great job guys and gals. ð??
I was involved in a car accident and they wanted to total my car. I convinced them to have my car looked at. Caliber Collision came and got my car. We were able to get it repaired. Amanda at Jacksonville FL. On Beach Boulevard was wonderful. They always kept me updated and worked with me through the whole process. I would totally recommend this shop and their service. Just a short review to let interested parties shopping for a body shop to perform work or a paint job know about my experience at Caliber Collision. I was, unfortunately in an auto accident recently, and the other driver's insurance directed me to this shop. I took my car in and met with Jack one of the sales managers there. He seemed pleasant and indicated it may take a week. They did as promised; however, Jack was not there when I picked the vehicle up. Do not do business with this company. They have had our car for 2 months and it is still not repaired correctly. Caliber refuses to repair correctly and Allstate refuses to correct the problem after we have been doing business for over 30 years. Do not do business with Allstate or with Caliber. Please save your self some major time and us anyone else. This is truly a shame that there is still companies ripping people off like this. It is shameful !!!
