This business goes under different names. I know it as New Look Collision Center. But its also Gerber Collision Center. That tells you the kind of business it is, they dont want you to know who youre really dealing with. I brought my car in for an estimate to Alan ******, the insurance service writer. He promised he would take off minimal components of my car to perform the estimate. I just picked up my car from the Caliber Collision location at **** ********** Avenue, St Paul MN. I was more than satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the repairs and the price . The estimate was reasonable when compared to a second estimate from another body shop, I worked with John at Caliber Collision, and he kept me informed by text of the progress of the repairs every day, I give this business a five star review

My 2020 Kia Sportage was recently sideswiped in a grocery store parking lot. The left side of the front bumper was damaged. A neighbor told me about the great repair job Caliber Collision Center had done on his BMW so I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and took my car in. A service agent named Juan Martin examined my vehicle and said he would need to apply rubbing compound to the surface in order to best access the damage. I recently went over a sidewalk area, and sure enough, my front bumper was hanging down low. What a drag! I quickly called to make an appt. with Caliber Collision and was given an appt. for that very day. The office was reassuringly clean, and all of the workers were wearing masks and were very conscious of the fact that we all have to take safety measures due to Covid. No stars for the Tualatin Oregon location, but I had to use one star to leave a review. Took my pickup in to repair the side of the bed where I had sideswiped a light pole while backing up. When I went to retrieve the truck after repairs, the audio system did not work; somehow they blew two fuses. They replaced the fuses. later, down the road, the tail light on the rear of the side that was repaired fell out. Took it back. They said a screw was missing, and fixed it. Wow where do I Start. Was in car accident on 05/13/2020 in Palm springs elderly woman charged through red light,she admitted fault & I was going on my Insurance AAA they refered me to this company I had car towed there on 05/18/2020.Told them from day 1 I have e-mail confirmation I let Cindy (office mgr) This car is my livelhood that's what makes me money Following day having all day Monday to come up with estimate cost &time it would require to complete.This is where the nightmare experience with Calibur begins.Couldn,t giv... read more

In late May 2020, I made an appointment with Caliber to replace my windshield in Denver. The technician who did the work was great, but Customer Service and management were not. First, the person at their call center got the price wrong by 25% and told me falsely that I'd get a call the day before and the morning of the appointment to narrow down their standard 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. window.
