This company is the worst with appointments. We got our windshield replaced after 3 weeks of waiting when an appointment was scheduled ahead of time for a 5 hour window that they could not make. Someone in management gave me a call directly to reschedule for another 5 hour window, 2 days later. No one showed up and I received no calls. Had to contact the dealership that set the appointment in the first place to have them get ahold of them since I couldn't. I had our SUV repaired here due to someone on a riding mower backing into the trunk/hatch. Everything was fine with arranging an appointment and dropping the vehicle off up until it was time to pick it up. We received a call stating the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon initial inspection, the vehicle had a bunch of specs on the panel away from where the main repair was done. I am extremely disappointed in the work performed but more pressing is the fact that we are owed over $230 from you. After estimating that work would be completed within 7 days, it took a month. When the car was returned, the fender was falling off, one of the windows didn't roll down and the speaker was blown. This created an additional inconvenience of having to wait for the car to be fully repaired. What was estimated to take one week, took six. I had my car fixed 2 months ago tgey charged me 1200 dollars everything wlthey stole my parts would fix what is needed or givr me the money there liars not good buisnuis people

My door handled was starting to come off and I stopped by to see if they could help. Rick took one look, knew what to do, had me fixed in 10 minutes. No Charge! I just knew the whole door panel would have to come off. Thank Rick. ***** *******

I used the calliber collision in Spring, Tx on Louetta road at the beginging of this year to fix my chevy sonic after being in a somewhat minor accident. Although the accident was minor, my damage wasn't. The front hoot of my car costed almost 7000 dollars to fix and instead of totally my 10k dollar car out, they attempted to fix it. Not only does my remote start and my whole electrical system glitch and not work, my car shuts off at stop lights when I idle and wont start everytime I get gas.
