AWFUL AWFUL OWNERSHIP!! Totally disappointed in this complex (Avana Desert View). Everything is decent until move out. I completed paperwork per their request for move out. They did not send out my final invoice to the address I provided and they are now demanding payment when they are in violation. Don’t rent here or anywhere where Greystar is the owners. Too bad because their onsite staff is very friendly.

These people must be crooks of some kind. I live in Houston and am at a loss as to Who these clowns are. I received a negative credit report and it had my info correct on it showing I lived in MidTown during 2018. I last lived in MidTown in 1998!!!! My only guess is they somehow got a hold of the old info. They have a judgement against me now I am just finding out about for $9000! Yes, I will fight it and them. What scum sucking pigs they are.

As alleged in the class action lawsuit, Zeff v. I am filing a complaint against a Greystar affiliated property because my significant other and I were denied our application with no valid reasoning as to why. We have been trying to move in 2 weeks prior and were denied because we had outstanding balances on previous properties however paid the other property balances and submitted appropriate documentation stating that we did. I wouldn't even give this company or higher management even one star. My daughter has leased from ***************** in Tucson, AZ for two years. My daughter wanted to move out and sublet her lease mid year. We found a person to take over said lease and she has a dog. My daughters current roommates complained because they didn't want a new roommate and claimed they had a dog allergy. (They all have dogs at home). Location: Anthology on Division St., Portland, OR Complaint: Illegitimate Charges to Security Deposit Greystar's business model seems to involve pushing regular and expected business expenses onto its customers by charging illegitimate fees to customer security deposits. We were charged a $130 cleaning fee for an apartment that was completely empty and in good order when we left. This review is for a property at Anthology on Division in Portland, OR. This is managed by Greystar and owned by Alliance Communities. My experiences with this place were that management made no effort and placed excessive fees on us when we moved out. $150 cleaning fee taken out of the deposit for an apartment that was completely empty and in good order when we left? Would never recommend “The Pacifica” I have lived here for 3 years and moved in when it was owned by a different management company and was called “The Green Leaf Pacifica” when the new owners started managing it it has gone way down hill it’s never clean the trash shoot room is always filled with trash due to the shoot being jammed and residents just throwing trash bags in the room. Not safe to live here. I had three incidents in the garage, first time items were stolen from the car, second time the truck was stolen and they found it in a parking lot in Laredo, third time my motorcycle got stolen stuff from it. If you live here you will find neighbors high and knocking on your door 2:00 am and getting themselves in shouting while you are asleep.
