I moved in 6 months ago and had been enjoying the community for the most part. Most everyone living here is kind and nice. However, after these 6 months, the noise levels from adjacent apartments has become undesirable. You can hear every neighbor, the doors slamming, the music and the noise from floors above you are terrible. My quality of life and been impacted, and my work is suffering. It appears the apartment complex Broadstone Skyline has a contract with a towing service North Freeway Auto Storage located at 5901 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77076. This place is something out of a horror movie. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and downright UNPROFESSIONAL. It's amazing that they are still in business. Anyone who has a contract with them (Apartment complexes) should be ashamed of themselves. THEY DESERVE A "0".
If I could have given negative stars I would have...DO NOT RENT here! This has hands down been the worst experience in renting I have ever had- on all accounts. Do not be fooled!! The pictures are very deceptive! None of the apartments look like they are advertised, and the amenities are never open. There are tons of roaches everywhere- despite all renters paying for a weekly exterminator fee. Termites are even worse. Greystar management company is a very pathetic and none caring management company they don't care about the tenants they just want their money. I lived in Magnolia ridge apartments for awhile until the multiple sewer back ups which flooded the apart and they never cleaned up the mess it was up to the tenant not to mention the rooms that had carpet were soaked with human waste and never shampooed after the apartment flooded nor ever inspected for mold due to the flooding. Please do not rent from them. They will post bogus charges on your credit report when you move out.
Really terrible mgmt company. I lived in one of their properties and I thought it was just the on site manager’s team that was terrible and incredibly incompetent but I’ve reached out to this company several times. They don’t answer their phones, return emails, or messages through their customer service portal. If you own property this mgmt will just take poops on it with the way they’ll take care of your tenants. I would not recommend this property to anyone . My apartment flooded on 2/16/2021 due to a pipe bursting from the winter storm . On 3/2/2021 my flooring was removed , installation was removed leaving exposed wiring , unusable sockets and cable connections . It’s now 3/29/2021 and I’m still dealing with a construction site .While I do understand that things like this may take time my issue is with Ginger the property manager and her puppets (her office staff). If I could give 0 stars I would !!! I had the worst experience with this community and the very rude, disrespectful unwilling to help people who they have "managing" the property *EXCEPT VALEETA SHES AMAZING AND SHOULD BE MANAGING*.
