Normally I wouldn't leave review for an apartment complex management company (******** **** ***********, but I don't want someone to move in and experience the same misfortunes as I did (and other people I've spoken to regarding similar issues). I was one of the original renters when Celeste at La Cantera (a Alliance Residential property). Sadly, the living experience at Celeste has gone down hill fast over the past 12 months. The staff are horrible (either "ice queen" Jill -Asst mgr) or unhelpful "mgr" Tabitha). Here is short list of the issues at Celeste: 1. Terrible management. I had to take them to small claims court to get PART of my deposit back. Which, their deposits are ridiculous and outlandish. For pets there is a $300 NON refundable pet deposit PER PET. Then regular refundable pet deposits on top of the regular deposit and "administrative fee." Apartments are old and terrible, they do not have good upkeep and maintenance can take forever! If they show up at all... We've had two bikes stolen since Greystar took over the management of our apartment complex. The first from the secure bike storage, and the second on 10/2/2020 from our private storage unit that we pay for (see photos). When we discovered the theft, we told the office boy who said he already knew...HE DID NOT ALERT US! Our things were sitting exposed to everyone all day. We’ve been staying at one of greystars multi families out in Atlanta, Ga- Cyan on Peachtree for almost a year now. We’ve paid rent on time, we pay for monthly parking, and have been a wonderful tenant for the duration of our stay. I’ve recently purchase a new vehicle at which I needed a temporary parking pass for while I wait for my registration to be delivered. I’ve been booted twice since then. If I could give this place negative stars I would. We lived ** ******* ** ********** ** ****** ** and we have experienced multiple issues with this complex since they converted to Greystar. Our lease was violated multiple times and the complex refuses to take responsibility or reach out in any way. We have been forced to go to the BBB regarding our issue multiple times.
