I wanted to submit a complain because honestly the way I was treated today is not fair. I had some questions about my bills and I always dread calling the office because they ladies who worked there are always condescending. So today that I just called about some questions about my bill the lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed and defensive since the beginning like if i was talking to her mad or rude which I was not. Alvista Trailside in Englewood CO is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The first unit they gave us was full of water and mold so they had to move us to a new unit which is like 10ft from a busy road. The staff is so terrible here. Esther is so bad at her job I’m not sure how she even still has one. Stephanie is the property owner and she isn’t very helpful at all. Our AC has been out for a week now and we have a 16 month old son and it’s 90plus degree days and they don’t even care. Maintenance is even worse. They tried to fix... read more

I just moved out and received NO move out instructions from chestnut hill village in Philadelphia, PA. I called the week prior to moving out before I moved to Boston, MA and they told me nothing about what needed to be returned. I put my key in through my door slot and left for Boston. I find out today they are going to charge me for not returning a parking sticker (of note they will not be able to reuse this sticker). They don’t do business well. Copperwood Apts westminster I have lived here 5 years. This place is not a well maintained place. They do not care about the tenants. The pool was opened without furniture.and was not maintained. Within 4days you could not see the bottom. And they let people swim anyway when we complained, they just closed it and said they'd open again the 19th. Ac always needs reset when they switch from heat to cool. It's been 100 hot every day and I put a work order in over a week ago. I called today and was told I'm on a list being worke... read more

I just want to bring attention to the lack of professionalism the managing office at Creekwood apartments in Hayward,Ca has which has been recently been under grey star managements. I have an open work order that still hasn’t been addressed in over 4 months now. I call every couple of week to get an update and I always get the same answer, “ we’ll look into it” they never call me back or answer my emails. I am left feeling frustrated, as no one in the office seems to care enough to give me the courtesy of responding.

The manager in the banks at Westfork name “******** ******” is a racist!!! She literally told me “That’s not my problem” when mentioning my pest control issue. Everyone in the office has witnessed this woman talking reckless to African American residents! She speaks as if we’re beneath her! She doesn’t offer assistance when needed. The apartments has a HUGE centipede issue! Several other residence has made this complaint and only the African American ones doesn’t get help from this woman! We pay just like everyone else. Where do I even begin. I can summarize my 2 year stint at the Station as utterly horrific. Because I know not everyone will read all the way to the end, run as far away as you can from the station. Save yourself the headache! The apartments are mediocre and the location is stellar. Now that that’s out of the way let me tell you the real issues here. Management is horrible!!! Eugene, Oregon. Old appliances. Dirty carpets. Repairs are not fixed, but bandaged. Appliances repaired by taking parts from other old appliances in empty apartments. Unfriendly staff. I had to file a Fair Housing complaint to get automatic doors installed in order to enter the building. A fitness center, which creates excessive noise, began to rent a space in the building. Management has done nothing to appease the tenants. This is a lousy company.

Greystar allowed a leak in my roof to continue until the ceiling collapsed on my dog in his kennel. They continually stated that this has been fixed although we were sending pictures, videos, and evidence of mold to them. Still they did not reply with any helpful information, advice, or maintenance. They continually blamed third parties for their stupid mistakes and basically refused to service us until our insurance stated they are liable due to the 7 weeks of negligence.
