My name is Amber Arredondo my elderly grandmother and mother just moved into these mobile homes very nice at the sight. After the first night my mother got bitten by a festation of bed bugs now i do work for hotels so i am very well trained on how bed bugs work when a person bring a bed bug its 1 or 2 bed bugs not a festation if its more then one. I’ve been here 5 years. My yard has flooded for most of them 5 years,the last time they tried to do anything was about 2 years ago. I’ve contacted the office numerous times with no reply. If I could give them negative stars I would!! I lived in hickory knoll for 2 years. We had a flat rate for lot rent, utilities included. People minded their business they were always nice and friendly, kids could play, it was safe! Then YES communities comes in.. they raise lot rent and then force us to pay utilities during a pandemic when people are losing jobs and incomeI went from 462$ every month, to 515-535 a month! Currently residing in Plantation Estates, Douglasville, Georgia. We have lived here over 4 years. Our rent has almost tripled in that time. Original rental agreement was $775.00 monthly. They issue all these elaborate rules we need to abide by but nothing is enforced. Although animals are not allowed to be free or tethered outdoors, this is a constant violation and the noise level can be unbearable with incessant barking and howling. If a tenant gets tired of their cat, they free it outdoors as there is always some sap who will feed them. The community has violated contract stipulations on how rent payments are to be received. Then they wont allow families to make payments though ******* *****on line. Is there any more services you plan to discontinue?
