Village Park in Greensboro, NC has been without management since July 2020. I have lived here 2 years and management has changed hands three times. Some of the tenants here have become unruly and destructive because there is no one here to observe the goings on here. People are parking in the grass, the street and other tenants parking spots. I was told that I would get a credit when my July payment was stolen from the night box. I had to pay $30.00 plus $18.00 to send a request from Western union to refund my payment which Western union told me it would take 30 days from they received the request. Landlord kept calling asking for the money and never credit my August rent. I paid September rent come to find out my rent went up but never received a letter they claimed they gave me and then they said I was credited the $48.00 on my August rent. Lived here a year almost maitnence is lazy don't do anything except drive around on golf carts and be lazy more and then they try to add charges on for mowing when you mowed two days before they will try and scam you something needs to be done about the OKC one near tinker afb...

We were charged $125 extra this month because they mowed our lawn one time. Our lawn was not overgrown, and had just been mowed a week ago. When we called the office the day it happened, they told us it was an accident and would not be charged. We confronted the manager about it today, and she told the charge would stay and it was out of her hands. On top of that, she added on a late charge because we didn’t pay for the mowing charge because we planned on disputing it. We feel like we have been overcharged and scammed. This ... read more

I owed a Mobile home in Yes Communities for about a year the Manager always made comments to residents about I can Evict you at anytime i always kinda thought it was just a joke.. Till 1 week before Thanksgiving at 5 pm someone had left a note on my door. The Note on the door was a lease cancellation for 30 days I had been giving 30 days to sell my trailer and Move out. Terrible corporate and property management. I wish i could give negative stars... This place is terribly run. The office lady Tammy is rude and does not do her job. The emergency maintenance staff is intoxicated while on-call and will also cuss you out if you call for any reason. Tammy also finds this hilarious. So no help there. I have called about my fridge stopping, lost $300 worth of food and had a cooler in my house for 5 days before it getting attention. I wish I could give a nothing. There is so much more but this is my concern right now. I live in the *********crossing community. Theses people are unbelievable it is 6:30 am. I have been up since 3:00 am I work 12 to 13 hour days so when I try to sleep I can’t because cats are all over this place . Another review that starts with "I wish I could give them 0 stars" I have owned my trailer for 7yrs in ******** ******* *********Iowa, always paid my rent on time, never caused a problem. I sent in an applicant to apply so I could sell him the trailer. I WISH I could give this place no stars! We had mold in our home & the refused too get it checked out. Finally we were able to move ( none of my family has been sick since we moved) and now they won’t refund us our 899 dollar deposit. They won’t let us have a corporate number just very very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here! If you come across this PLEASE do not rent from them all these reviews people are writing are very much true!
