If I could put no stars I would. They lied and said we had many complaints. First off when we moved in out there not even a week into it, my daughter got jumped by two older girls! For 3 we had a good relationship with ALL OUR NEIGHBORS! THEY LEFT US HOMELESS WITH 3 KIDS. DURING A PANDEMIC! I HOPE NOBODY EVER RENTS FROM THEM!

I live in Georgia at the lakeside Community. This place ****** sucks! They hang up on you like babies and scan your calls.. All they worry about is getting thier money each month.. Don’t spend your money on them.

The company used to be great when I first moved into one of their communities. Then they brought in a new manager who is extremely rude and unprofessional. Yelled at me in front of my child for being a couple days late on my rent. I called yes corporate office and they did nothing. He is now not renewing my lease along with half the community. He slams doors in your face. Gives residents 2 day eviction notices...and more. I urge you to ask around the community before buying or renting. He included a shed in a sale not to lon... read more

I have contacted my community managers boss multiple times regarding his behavior and unprofessionalism to co-workers and residents. I reported sexual harassment against Lonnie **** and Yes communities over looked it. He is disrespectful to anyone he comes in contact with. Lonnie threatened multiple residents to evict them for no valid reason. Multiple employees have left the community due to Lonnie. Our voices need to be heard! These issues need resolved it’s time to take action!

I have lived here for 6 years and we are told not to park in the grass and not to park in the street. Everyone only has 2 parking spots in their driveway. I have 4 adults with cars in my household. They say park up at the office but they do not have enough spaces for everyone to park up there. They tow cars everyday without notice and it is not right. It’s out of the residence hands.

First and foremost I moved in on August whateverI was paying $750 a month when I moved in my first rent check and September was $825 with water sewer and my dogs it is September 2020 and I am getting charged $950 average monthly so my rent has already went up $200 in one year with no reasonable explanation the office tells me that I moved in this trailer park I have lived in a different trailer and that's why my rent has went up $200 but I only have one lease in my possession and I have every money order pay stub receipt fro... read more

I lived at ********** in Huntsville TX for years. I even moved away and came back to them but this time they really disappointed me. This lease began in February 2019. I moved in December but continued to pay the rent for my daughter to finish out the lease. When the least was over, we went in and had a discussion about going month to month and signed all the paperwork involved because my daughter wasn’t ready to move. We moved in here in July, Paradise Lakes, Mulberry. The home is very nice, but we have no storage. We asked the manager if we could buy a building and she said no, they have 3 they have to put storage on and that they do it because they make sure it matches the house. When we asked a month later, she said the guy who does it is still on quarantine, then same story a month after that. We purchased our home beginning of sept. We have 4 vehicles. Specifically asked about parking was told by the park manager plenty of overflow parking. Not even a week in, they took overflow parking away. Only extra parking is 10 spots by pool, never available when needed by my two boys. What are the families to do? Threats of towing if you park in overflow? We will park on our grass until a solution is made. Additional Concrete is so expensive. So disappointed in Paradise Lakes in mulberry Fl
