I truly do not want to give one star. This is the worst place. I made a complaint to customer relations regarding Brenda at the Seagoville location telling my 75 year old mother to give notice and move due to the fact that she doesn't want her home to flood with raw sewage for the 4th time. I was sold on lies & empty promises. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management/front office team is so far beyond incompetent at their jobs it's scary. But one individual in particular, the sales rep Joe *******, is the very definition of a con man. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM HIM. Electrical issues , black mold and sewage problems during the course of two years . I consistently call to get the matters resolved to no avail . Constantly changing office staff , everyone quits.

I have only lived here 9 mos and, it's been the worst experience ever in my life with renting. I'm so ready to buy a house now because, of them. Literally they have moved me from one trashed home to another trashed home..and they keep moving people in instead of fixing on their house. Plain horrible all around, staff is nasty as hell. No respect, never fix anything but always want the rent money. The home office upholds this.
Yes community of Arlington Tx management does not enforce there own rules that tenets sign in order to live here the codes violations in this community are extremely excessive all over the park management does not care about the properties looks or wellbeing of its tenants I've brought these issues to the attention of the management on numerous occasions since 2018 still nothing has changed ....

I have lived in this Plant CityFlorida location for almost 13 years and we have never had problems before with having our street lighting repaired. The light in front of my home has been out over three months and everyone in the neighborhood has complained but nothing is being done to repair it. Frequent management changes. Water is turned for communities several times each month due to bad piping. Two locations in San Antonio, Texas I have confirmed have same issue going on for years.Saddle Crest and Springfield meadows. And will gather more information on issues and negligence to justify how I proceed

If the water is turned off in the community, the residents are notified in advance; unless the issue is due to a water main break, in which there is no advance notice. However, in these emergency instances the residents are notified of the issue and water is turned on within the same day.
