From 2018-2020 I had no choice but to file a stalking lawsuit on two people they allowed to live in there community. Because after reporting it for over three years and it never got handle by yes communities even after i posted about a burglary that happen to us by the two people that got many involved to stalk us. I live in a yes community located in Oklahoma. The property manager has repeatedly allowed felons and pedophiles continue to live in the community tho policy clearly states that that is not allowed and that background checks are done on everyone. The same community manager has been caught several times giving out private resident information to people tho he has been specifically asked not to. I will be moving ASAP as no consequences are being given to this man.

The property at Spring Hill Estates is deplorable. It's over run with stray cats, people parking wherever they want. The water system always breaking down. Thug life! It's run down and not taken care of like the other property located at Paradise Lake estates.

They are forcing their residents to pay by electronically or by ******* ***** which charges a fee for using their service. I have lived in Four Seasons Mobile Home Community for over 20 years and have always paid by check. After leaving message with corporate I received a call back telling me there was no other options but these and they are changing this March 12 2021 and that my unwillingness to change was not very admirable and explained to her that I have had problems with this type of stuff in the past and that I still ... read more

YES Communities is moving towards accepting only electronic payment options in order to provide convivence and enhanced security for our residents. Three of our electronic payment options do not come with any fees associated and our electronic funds transfer option can be used without any use of technology as it is set up through the Community offices. I felt that I was racially profiled by Ms. Cicely ********, the current sales manager at Autumn Forest apartment in Brown Summit which is under Yes! Communities. I was given the run around about a newer corner lot home and consistently stalled because I was told that my current landlord was unable to be reached. When I last spoke with Cicely, she insisted that my landlord never provided her leasing office with a rental reference, although my landlord explicitly told me that she'd spoken with an office leasing agent by name o... read more

They raise lot rent annually. Refuse to fix anything in the park up to including water. This year it was a $36 increase, per a month. This company is garbage. They don't care about there communities or the people in them. They buy up as many as they can and milk them for everything they can. We will be leaving asap and I would very seriously recommend not moving to any of there communities or staying in one if you have any other option. Yes communities installed new water meters in our trailers (which no one was told anything about, any communication is posted on the mailboxes sometimes day of) and my water usage went up over 2,500 gallons more in a month, in the past 2 years before the new meters my bill has been consistently around 900-1,000 gallons a month but now it’s almost 4,000 gallons, I don’t think so and I’m not the only one in the park that has noticed either.
