Over the past several months, the office is sending out 5 day notices to pay lot rent. I have a community email that states that if you signed up for the *** program then they pull your lot rent on the 5th of every month. I pay mine each month by the 5th jut as if I was signed up in *** program and the last two months I have had to go wait in line at the post office for 30 min or more to sign for a five day notice that they generated on the 4th of the month. I have been a tenant of ************** ********, ** for 3 yrs and every years. Today, I received a letter that I must be out of my home by 3/31/2022 due to my lease expiration and they are not giving me an option to renew my lease. WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC AND WE ARE STIILL TRYING TO RECOVER THIS NIGHTMARE WE ARE LIVING IN. To put someone out and not allow them to renew the lease after expiration is VERY CRUEL TO THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE AND SHOWS THAT YOU DO NOT CARE. These people could care less! Its winter and our thermostat is broken and they refuse to fix it. Its been 3 weeks now and they wont even return my call.

They discriminate against people with disabilities. Some homes are allowed to have fenced yards, but newer residents are not allowed to fence their yard. So despite my disabilities that make it difficult to walk my service dog as often as is needed for him to go to the bathroom, I have no other choice... And because other units aren't fenced either, there are other dogs that charge at him on our walks which would be preventable if those dogs were fenced in. Never had so many problems with landlords as I do with these people, paperwork goes on and on lady in office mocking me because I complained about having to pay for their mistake! Not a good place.

On Dec. 28th we got a call from the stables manager ********************* around 8 in the morning, saying the ac guy was coming to fix somthing. All we did was try and reschedule because I'm sick and because we would like a date and time to be ready. **** threatened us with eviction so I opened the door for the ac guy and let him get to work, then she's banging on my door asking what the big deal was, I told her we would like to be notified a day before instead of an hour before he gets here, and that im sick, it got pretty ... read more

I am writing you about Yes Communities. They just took over our mobile home park. None of us had any idea that they had taken over. Then they came in and forced change on all of us! No warning! NOTHING! Then one of their employees from another city came in and told all of us that they were going to fix everything! Not true! The only good thing about it was our new manager.
