Over a month ago I called the office here and requested a new trash cart because the wheel kept falling off. I go no response. A week ago ******* Sanitation took my trash cart because it was broken. I moved to ***************** trailer park in February, at signing the park manager told me they would have things done meaning maintenance come fix stuff. This man has lied. Ive called up multiple times about my back door basically dry rotted , and when it rains water get in. my shower in my main bathroom I cant even use because the pipe has a hole in it. Former Community Manager for their Groveland/***** property. After a couple weeks of off-site training, my first days were met with Maintenance guys who smoke weed, while operating company vehicle(s). Also, one Maintenance guy came and went on his own accord? No call- no show at times, excuses that he sent PTO requests, which were investigated as false.After 43 days, was advised by field Manager of separation. I live in one of those communities hate the place but have to deal with it I rent the property and they won't cut the full grown tree down! that was already there when I moved in its causing damage to the driveway and the carport but they have a company come out and trim all the palm trees that are all over the properties wtf!! I have to fork over $300 to chop a tree down that I didn't plant there!! It's rented property that should be taken care by the landlord That's what I think!

We lived here for 2 years, paid rent on time every month and never caused any trouble. They decided to stop renting to me and put myself, wife and 4 small children out on the street during the pandemic, knowing how how rent prices were starting to skyrocket.It's clear this company and the so called manager that is staffed there does not care about the people living there. Yes community has violated my privacy.I came home one day in February 2022 with a note attached on my door that maintenance came in to check on furnace filter and fire alarms. I was never notified that they were coming.I am supposed to get a 24 hr notice before hand. I called the community office. No answer as usual. I left a message for manager of not getting a notice. Of course..no reply. I was violated by someone coming into this house without my knowledge

I have been here for 14 months at the end of April I have been trying to get the plumbing fixed and have not been able to until now we have been getting sick because of sewer all underneath the trailer serval plumbing companies have been out here on this job and said the pipes are broke I have sewer fumes in my house all the time we went to the ** several times because we've been sick and didn't know why now we know why they were supposed to fix it again on April the 22nd and refused to get it done all the ****** from our tr... read more

Terrible customer service. ******************** is quick to take your $90.00 application fee. And even quicker to forget you exist. I have made numerous attempts to contact and work with property managers at a few Yes! Communities properties. These managers seem to only work when they feel like it. They do not answer the phones, they do not return messages (if you can leave one), they do not respond to emails, and they are rarely even in the office. I moved out of my home in December 2021 gave more then a 30 day notice had my home a year but only lived in it for 3 months. had the home re painted professionally an the carpets done also. when i moved in I had to pay ******* deposit they said i would get back when I moved out as long as nothing was damaged. in January they said they send a check out on Jan 18 but never did an sent it to an old address. when i moved i had given them my new address. in Feb.
