I just moved in less then two days ago. Roaches. Do not recommend don’t get yourself in a lease that u can’t get out of living with bugs.
I can’t explain the piece of mind that comes with knowing Jacob is on the team here. We don’t run into issues often, but recently had Jacob on an emergency and he was professional, fast to work, and had us comfortable in our home again in no time.
Maintenance guys are amazing
Do NOT recommend I lived here for about 6 MONTHS before I moved it was nothing but PROBLEMS! the rent was NEVER the same as it should have been they tried to add together the new pet rent and my pet rent that was CONTRACTED I had been there maybe 3 MONTHS before they did that, I had an explosion in literally every single pipe there was I had to tell them to put a pressurizer on my trailer when I never had one they lied and said “the old one was bad” when no we literally looked and there wasn’t one AT ALL and my kitchen fauce... read more
I've lived in byrnes mill for a very long time now and I can honestly say since yes took it over it has gone downhill. They said the state of the park would improve and it hasn't, they care more about ruining the few pretty things we have rather than actually fixing the roads or water drains that cause problems. The lots aren't cheap and rent raises every year but nothing actually gets fixed. And because they like to rip out plants and trees I am forced to look at their ugly chainlink fence and maintenance shed. It's obvious... read more
