I hate to give a star. I was in the process of buying and remodeling a trailer at Fremont Grove in *********** ********. I went to the office to tell the manager of my plans she asked me not to come back to the office call first. I paid lot rent and ***** application fee. They don't deserve 1 star... They go threw new managers every year. They will pump up the amenities that the locations have (********* **). Silver creek location... I came here 3 yrs ago. I have lived in Yes communities for 2 years. I have neighbors who are racist and calling me and my children racist names. They were throwing broken glass in our drive path to give us flat tires. One of the men has been sexually harassing me with sexual gestures. All of this has been reported to management. I asked to be relocated to another mobile and *** told I couldnt unless I buy. I have lived in a ************** since 2006. I have had multiple problems with my water meter and what I'm being charged. In January 2019, my water meter froze. They did replace it. The meter wasn't functioning again in May 2021. They replaced it but did a LOT of damage to the skirting on my home. January 2022 my water pipes froze again! On February 2, 2022 they replaced my water meter again. The problem is that I am being billed for water I obviously didn't use. I was billed $126 for water. I live by myself. This is the 2nd year yes has been here. Let me just say Im not a happy camper. I contacted the corporate office and wrote a very nice letter asking for a break in a rent increase. Since my rent has increased by 34% in the passed 4 years. I did receive a letter back that basically said to bad your rent is going up another $90. I have in the yes community for 9 years own my house I bought the house with a fence already up and now being told at my expense hase to come down. Also was told my dog can not be on a leash outside with me and allowed to have running room while I'm outside in tx it is the law that u animals must be leashed. The company including local managers and regional need to get on the same page. We were told we had a zero balance last fall after we went through some hoops about our **** after we moved. As I was taking care of another credit issue, they told me there was a new one and it related to the community we just moved from and again we're told we had a zero balance. But now I was sent to collections. I am really unhappy with this group now. They need to fix this immediatly
This is the worst community ever to move in from the grounds to Ghetto white trash in the leasing office . One rat in particular is ******** is constantly using her emotions to do her job she has infected the community many of times testing positive for Covid and continues to come to work w/o a mask and repeated stating her self along with her Malibu most wanted kids . Worst Property Manager thus far!! ******************** is so unprofessional and ghetto , her and her kids. They think because theyre mom is property manager they can do and say whatever they want.
