This management company is very unprofessional and they only get worse everyday. We have not had our garbage picked up now in a month. Our streets stink as you walk down them. They take the removal fee from us every month but have clearly not paid Republic to pick it up. We have had our trash picked up maybe once a month for the past 3 months. There is never anyone at the office to speak with. But now if you dont pay your rent by the 1st day the definitely manage to send you notice. This is disgusting and truly embarrassing.

YES ******************** has spoken with the trash vendor to get this operational concern resolved. The services have been restored in the community and this is no longer an active concern. The residents were kept in communication with about this and we have not noted any recent concerns. I dont think this company even deserves even one star. I know the policy and the regulations. I try to go by each and everyone of the rules. Today 9/5/21 about 7:25 am. My son text me to come to the house cause of an emergency. So I rush home as soon as I could. I parked diagonal in my driveway with my back passenger tire in a little bit of f road. If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would, Do not move here , they do not care about the residents at all other than collecting their money. They will change your lease and not tell you , they will increase your rent and not give notice , ***************** could care less if you have an issue they just redirect you back to the person you are having an issue with . And once they find out you have filed a complaint they will harrass you . If you need anything fixed it takes them forever to do it .they will tell you what you ... read more

My husband I have been a resident of Yes Communities Hickory Knoll for a year and a half and let me tell you I am completely regretful that we ever signed a lease here. The complete unprofessional behavior we have received here has been appalling. They absolutely do not maintain these units. I have not been able to get maintenance out here for the many amount of issues that have occurred since I have lived here. They are horrible to rent from never fix anything and make empty promises . Do not rent or buy from them.

Every year there is a $20 rent hike. They say it's for cost adjustment. My park offers barely any extra features. The playground is tiny and the only amenity. We share one office lady and one handyman with another park. Roads are not plowed on time due to one handyman and two parks. My neighbor has an unsafe/destroyed cement slab on their driveway they have been waiting 10 years for a repair. I own my mobile home but the lot rent is getting high for my area. I have lived in Marion Village Trailer park for about 3yrs. I am so stressed out by the water bills I have been sent. My bill for May is over $3,636.07 for ONE MONTH!! THERE IS NO WAY I HAVE NO LEAKS NOTHING! We told them we had the issue fixed and my bill went down for June BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANYTHING DONE! My complaint is regarding Yes! Communities in Raleigh NC. My husband and I moved from Va to NC. About 3 weeks before the move we applied to yes communities. The young lady we spoke to told us that our application would be processed in 72 hours. 3 days later we called back to check the status of our application. She said that it hadn’t been completed yet. We proceeded to call back every day after that and still It hadn’t been processed. We ended up moving our stuff into storage and staying at a hotel. A couple more days go by... read more
