Bruce was very competent with a very fair price. He told me how to avoid carpet stains in the future as well as other helpful tips. He's a great guy!
Convenient and prompt
Carpet was very wet and the stairs weren't well done. Even with the windows open and a fan on in the bedroom it took two days to dry.
While he worked hard at cleaning my carpets 90% of the stains came back. He has stated that he didn't know if the products I used to clean my spots would go against what he was using. Most of them I hadn't tried to clean myself.
finally got the stain out of my rug . very satisfied
