On time, courteous and thorough.
Bruce's Carpet cleaning did a rush job. Carpet was not cleaned properly. Called twice the next day, my calls were never returned. Will not be using them again.

Price was good...knowledgeable and went above and beyond to do a great job.
A bit expensive for such a small area, but I understand that they have a lot of equipment to set up, and they did get rid of thee pet urine and discoloration, and that was my main concern.
Carpets turned out well, Bruce actually ended up charging less than he quoted. Will definitely use him on a regular basis and give recommendations.
Bruce was very professional, prompt and organized. Our sofa and chairs turned out great.
They were very punctual and knowledgeable
Too much water was used and took about three days to completely dry out. My stair-way was not well cleaned.
