He came by himself no other helper to stat with we move most of features before ha came. Spot never cleaned, I have to cleaned by my self. He did not have business card nor receipt (we paid $125.00) Than I ask his Business card, he said "I forgot". Then he rote peace of paper His name & phone #. only no receipt. We are so disappointed. I thought that Bruce was professional and helpful
They were prompt, informative and worked fast.
The carpet had a lot of stains and my husband said he saw how dirty the water was. Bruce said he put extra stain remover, but there were still spots which we cleaned ourselves the following week. Guess the carpet was very dirty
Bruce and his assistant were punctual, fast and efficient.
Really very nice man and very good with rug cleaning. Would hire him again.
Bruce was amazing and responded quickly and did wonders. We have a 3 and a 5 year old and he got rid of the mess they had made of our carpets throughout. He will be back out!!!
