Bruce did well on the carpet, he was late, but we weren't ready at the appointed time either. All in all, doing it himself, he gave post-cleaning instructions and extra advice about the carpets. A great experience!

Not the best work but ok for the price. I would recommend this co. If you are concerned about cost but not for quality work. I will not use them again.

HOME ADVISOR IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. IT TAKES CARE OF THE "PROS" IT PIMPS OUT FOR MONEY. Bruce actually was early for the appointment. We duscussed what was necessary and he started immediately to do the job. 2 chairs and couch,love seat. It did not take long and he was done. Next time I would call him again.
I hired this gentleman (org) to clean the carpets in four midsize rooms in my house. The carpets were fairly dirty. He was initially nice and seems to have the required equipment and chemicals for the job. I'd read the reviews about his org and was satisfied with my choice. However, the job wasn't done well. I must admit that he did clean the carpets but for some reasons the dirt marks on all rooms rarely disappeared. They were still there and appeared as if they had not been cleaned at all.
