very nice and polite
The work was excellent. The only problem was he left the gate open and one of my dogs got out. Warning! Secure your animals before he comes. He left the gate open again and luckily, my other dog did not go anywhere.
Actually, the hall was quite dirty and there was a problem getting it as clean as the other rooms, which he explained probably the result of faulty cleaning fluids used in the past. He was personable and the price reasonable.
Bruce was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend him!
He was in and out and worked like a crazy guy. He kept very busy. Not one spot was left after the work. He threw in a carpet clean with the job he had done. He was very warm and I was not uncomfortable around him. He was a really good guy.
