They provided carpet cleaning on an extremely soiled carpet that had multiple pet stains and odors. I didn't think it was possible, but the carpet looked like new when they finished. I think they provide and excellent service and price.
He was good knowlegable and fast and great price I will hire him again for the future
He called to let me know that he running a bit late. When he saw that I was recovering from a root canal done the day before he offered to take my area rug to work on overnight and return the next day. Great customer service!!

Bruce was very professional and courteous.
Bruce was on time and showed up when he said he would. He did a good job and left everything as he found it. He had trouble with an area that had a cat vomit on it, which must have been dyed by the medicine, but he was able to get most of it up and you have to look close to notice it now. We had an area with cat urine and that doesn't smell anymore.
Bruce was quick to call me after my contact with Home Advisor. I explained my situation regarding any possible fumes left in the carpet areas to be cleaned and was advised that any fumes/odors from the job would be minimal. Bruce was quick to reply, and was able to get my couch completely clean. I was going to replace it after my dogs got stains all over it.
He was super hard working on a very difficult cleaning job. He did a great job.
