Bruce was excellent and very kind... He kept his word and his work was amazing! If I had known our carpets could look this good, I would have hired him years ago!... thank you Bruce for your wonderful service!
Bruce was very nice and the price was good at the time. However,. I have older carpets and the high traffic areas when they dried still looked dirty. He used some special cleaner to take something red out of my carpet and at the time I though it was ok but it left a bigger stain after it dried. He offered to redo but i did decline to have him come back. instead I used my Hoover steam cleaner to see if I could do a better job and the results were much better .
Bruce did a wonderful job, but best of all his communication and custom service skills deserved 10 stars. He stated his fees upfront, confirmed the night before and showed up on time. Will definitely ise again.
Bruce seem like his heart wasn't really into cleaning my carpets. Rushing...his machine was dripping excess water, my carpets was excessively wet in some areas. I only wanted him to clean around furniture and he act like that was a problem, I read other reviews and was shocked. On a good note he did explain some tips on carpet cleaning., I did appreciate that. I felt somewhat like he wasn't very comfortable in my home. Wouldn't use him again.
Bruce was very nice. However the equipment seems old and the carpets were soaked. I'm not certain that light furniture was moved to clean under. He was inexpensive but will not hire him again. Can't believe you recommend him so highly. Makes me question whether to use your service again!

Bruce was knowledgable, professional and did a thorough job.
My couch and rug were very wet, it took hours for them to dry. Rug still had stains and he left it downstairs. My son and I had to bring it up. Everything was just cleaner than it was, not the cleanest it could be. I've had both items cleaned before. The previous professional did a much better job.
He showed me what was in the tank when I asked him how much he got up-I had him dump it in some plants n the side of the house, and you could see and smell he got a lot of debris out of the carpets! He showed me how to properly stain treat carpets, the way w/seltzer water, baking soda, white vinegar, and gave me an enzyme cleaner to help also.
