Do not recommend, keep shopping. Bruce was responsive and eager to book this appointment. He arrived on time and was personable. The carpets looked really good at first, then as it dried spots came to the surface. I contacted him twice to see if he would be willing to discuss and possible revisit them. He ignored me. When someone in service does not make sure the customer is completely satisfied you end up with a sour review. Cost to clean ratio is not high.
Bruce was very personable and a pleasure to talk with.. He took special care with my two sofas and recliners, and they look like new!
Bruce was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the root cause of the dark spots. He went beyond what we initially agreed to do by cleaning some of the area rugs in addition to the carpets. He earns his money by getting in and getting out quickly, but don't expect the extra little details you pay for with the more expensive carpet cleaners, like wearing booties or taking extra care not to get water on the other parts of the floor where his hoses need to run.
Did not go very well (bad attitude) any innocent question we asked his response was always defensive. He was not able to explain why. the water was barely warm while it should have been hot. When we pointed to some spots that were only superficial (not deep), he explained how we could clean them ourselves. Only after we insisted, he removed them reluctantly even though it took him only a few seconds.

Bruce did a great job. The carpets looks new. There was some kind of sticky black spot on the carpet in the living room. Bruce was able to removed and cleaned. Bruce also cleaned the ceramic tile in the bathroom and the wood floor in the kitchen. The price was very reasonable.
