Bruce makes promises that he can not keep. He said that he could clean the carpet, only to arrive with excuses. He only take cash or a check. He does not provide a receipt. His truck had all ID information with incomplete info. The only info on Bruce is what was provided by you. Not professional. It took my carpet 5 days to dry. Too much water.
Bruce did a good job. He was a little moody so I kept him company and in good humor while he cleaned!

Bruce is very honest and works very hard to ensure client satisfaction is high. He sticks to his quote and would modify only if he misquoted. Even with the modification in quote, his rate was well under most other competitors, as well as providing a great job with the carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Bruce to others looking for a valued service.
Bruce was great. Within 48 hours of being matched with him in Home Advisor our area rugs were cleaned. He is professional, efficient and competitively priced. He was also very educational as he gave us a brief chemistry lesson as to why certain stains stick and how to get them out ourselves with regular home products like vinegar, club soda and baking soda. I will certainly hire him again as needed.
Bruce came out to preview the job before he quoted a price which was reasonable. He was able to schedule prompt service to suit our time schedule. The job was thorough and well done. We will absolutely call again when we are ready for more carpet cleaning!
