Would only do what he thought was correct for the furniture.
Bruce was very thorough and customer service oriented. We would definitely use his services again.
There's 2 spots that were not cleaned. I asked him to come back and he's happy to do so. We will schedule it and will see if it came off.

Bruce was thorough in cleaning my recliners. He also shared his knowledge about how and what to use in spot cleaning some areas on my rugs. I'd use him again.
Took extra time and care to remove stains which came up even though our carpet was somewhat worn. Was very pleased with the outcome.
Service was pleasant and accommodating. Will use again in the future.
Bruce was very personable, thorough in cleaning our carpets and upholstery, and worked efficiently and thoroughly. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why which was very much appreciated. His prices were very reasonable.
