He barely touched me and made a determination that he could not help me. It was humiliating. No bed side matter. Not friendly at all. Best part of the visit was the friendliness of the PA. Can’t wait to see how he billed the insurance company. It was a wasted 1.5 hours.
The Dr was unable to give at least a couple of decent minutes to listen to me or explain more about the situation that made me visit him. I had to travel to the clinic early morning and all I get was a brief one minute interaction with the Dr.

For the last several visits the waiting times have been good--not nearly as long as a few years ago. Skin checkups have averaged about one hour total, which includes wait time, skin check and one or two mole freezings.

I took a week before writing this review to avoid sounding frustrated. Here are the salient points. I was sent to Dr. Glassman on a referral. I was in the waiting room for over 45 mins past my appointment. That did give me time to hear the two people at the front desk complain about their coworkers and the patients. When I did get back to the examination room, the PA seemed disinterested. Dr. Glassman came into the room an hour after my scheduled appointment and failed to sanitize his hands.
