Check in was brief & I wasn't asked to provide any information. After a short wait in the reception area I was called back by a very polite young nurse. She properly communicated the reason for my visit & asked me to change as the doctor would be assisting me shortly. The doctor arrived with then 2 nurses that followed whom he relayed information with. No warm welcome, he seemed in a rush, barely made eye contact & appeared arrogant. great bedside manner, medicaL expertise comon sense and cares what you think. great listener.
Friendly, professional and efficient staff; extended office hours (I called yesterday and was able to be seen today for a non-emergency appointment); Dr. Glassman has exceptional bedside manner and it's clear that he loves what he does. I am a first-time patient and will be returning. If you are looking for a dermatologist or switching practices, I highly recommend Dr. Glassman.

In a time when everything 'needs to be done fast' Dr. Glassman took the time to listen, and to verify my concerns and issues were heard. His professionalism and care were a fantastic example compared to the care I have received from other medical personnel.

He gave me a solution to the issue but It was done too quickly without in-depth explanation. I feel like when it comes to prescribing something you have to take the time and make sure patients understand how they’re going to use the treatment.

Honestly never been examined by a doctor in ( speed dial 2 min ) my time with doctor seem was rushed and ready for next patient , My appointment was at 4:50 pm I arrived at 4pm 50 min before just to process new patient forms after that they never called me look like they forgot about me that I m there until a nurse come in and ask the front desk medical receptionist who Am I ?
