First & foremost, his competence. I have been a patient for a couple of years now and only wish I had found Dr. Glassman sooner. He is honest, direct and most importantly not one to rush into surgeries unless absolutely necessary. The man gets Straight 'A's in my book.
I took my 13 year old daughter to him today and the appointment was terrible. She was in pain and he stretched her arm further than could be tolerated and left her exposed while another male counterpart was in the room. Will be filing with the Better Business Bureau. As an RN and a service member I do not expect to ever treat my patients in the way he did today. Very sad for the face of healthcare. If he does not desire to take care of others he should retire and all more capable and compassionate providers to take over.
Appointment went very well. Little waiting and even with a bit of surgery was professional and quick.
I came for a routine check of moles and spots. The doctor was courteous, efficient and expertly removed a spot that was of some concern for him. No complaints.
I did not see Dr Glassman. The reception is efficient and welcoming and the PA, I believe her name is Kathy was friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable.
How many people can actually get a real scar for Halloween? 3 weeks ago, I removed 3 atypical moles, and they were sent for biopsy. One came back pre cancerous. So I came back today for surgery.During surgery, the surgeon removes the atypical cells along with some normal tissue around it. This is done to make sure that there are no abnormal cells left behind. Beautiful space, friendly and efficient staff. Short waiting time. Dr. Glassman saw me promptly, and listened to my concerns. He then did a very careful examination, spotted a problem area and performed a biopsy, gently and painlessly. A really positive experience!
